Helen will explain the buying process and will be there to guide you every step
of the way. She will apply her years of experience and extensive knowledge of
the Real Estate market to help you locate the home that is best suited to fit

"As a Buyer's Agent, my job is to be your representative in the home buying
process. I can tell you about homes in the area and price range you desire,
with the features that you want. I will keep you informed of new properties
as they come on the market. You will not need to call Realtors about properties
that are advertised in Real Estate magazines or in the newspaper. If they fit
your criteria, you will already have that information! I will help you find
your home by either providing you with a list of homes so that you can drive
by them first, or by going with you to tour available homes. Either way, I will
be with you each step of the way and help you find the right home for you."

and didn't sell, if needed, to find you the right home.

of the property you are buying. You will have all the necessary information
for making an informed offer.
