To fill the specific residential needs of home buyers and sellers, the Residential
Sales Council of the National Association of Realtors instituted a class of
expert real estate professionalism: the Certified Residential Specialist.
A designee must have successfully completed several courses leading to this
designation, one of the most successful residential real estate educational
programs in the country. When you work with a CRS, you're working with someone
who is more connected, more knowledgeable, and more experienced.
- Most Referred Real Estate Agent
Most Referred is a network of trusted real estate professionals that meets or
exceeds defined criteria for honesty, integrity, superior customer service and local
knowledge. Only the top three real estate professionals in their area, as certified
by their industry peers, are selected to become a Most Referred Real Estate Agent.
- Accredited Staging Realtor
Accredited ASP Real Estate Agents are true Professionals trained under
strict guidelines using proven Staging techniques developed for over 30 years.

hire an ASP because they are the true leaders in the Home Staging and Real Estate
industries.

A Graduate must meet the requirements of the OREGON ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS
as developed and agreed upon in coordination with the Education Committee
of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.
